Then Tuff Son called his bank / Visa and asked for
a charge back. The bank gave his money
back but he did not return the product.
The intent is to not pay for the product. To pay for it and then
generate a charge back.

“Class A Misdemeanor if the value of the services stolen is between $750
and $2,500. The fine now doubles to
$4,000, but the potential jail sentence remains at 180 days.”
